Our QHSE mission is to ensure that quality, safety, and our environmental considerations remain top priorities for management and for all employees. 

QSHE is a line management responsibility that requires visible commitment, leadership, and involvement.  Our QHSE process shall be understood, shared, and practiced by all of our employees as an integral part of our everyday business.  Fundamental to this process is our belief that all losses of people, property, and process result from management failure and  are preventable.  We envision a quality and service process that enables us to exceed customer expectations, actively involves all Franklin Well Service employees in the continuous growth of our company.  To enact this vision, we will:

Training

Franklin Well Services provides a rigorous training program to ensure our customers receive the best qualified field personnel possible.  Under the new Homeland Security and DOT rules, all Franklin employees have undergone a federal background check.  Random drug and alcohol testing is also done by DOT requirements.  Franklin employees must also undergo all types of equipment and safety training, such as:
